Roots’ Reggae Reggae Chicken

You will need:

  • 1 jar of Reggae Reggae Cooking Sauce 
  • Chicken
  • ½ red pepper, cut into small dice
  • ½ green pepper, cut into small dice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Serves 3 or 4

What to do:

Heat the oil in a saucepan until hot, add the sliced chicken and fry until cooked through and golden brown.

In another saucepan heat the Reggae ReggaeCooking Sauce then add the diced peppers.

Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes, add the cooked chicken and serve with rice and peas.

Easy!
