½ Red onion
Levi Roots Reggae Reggae Rub
500g Turkey mince
80g breadcrumbs
Serves 2-4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
1. Fry off ½ a finely chopped red onion with 2tsp of Reggae Reggae rub.
2. Add onions to 500g Turkey breast mince
3. Add further 3tsp Reggae Reggae rub & 80g of breadcrumbs
4. Mix well together then form into patties
5. BBQ or pan fry on high heat; 5mins each side or until cooked through
