You will need:

100 - 130g dried pasta
1/2 jar Rasta Pasta sauce
1 tin tuna chunks, drained (optional)
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp grated cheese

Serves 2

What to do:

Cook the pasta in a big pan of boiling water - it'll take about 10 minutes. Meanwhile heat up the Rasta Pasta sauce and tuna (if using) in a saucepan, simmering it for 5 minutes and stirring occasionally.

Drain the pasta and mix with the spring onions and sauce. Serve, scattered with grated cheese
