Fiery-Prawn-Skewers

You will need:

  • 240g Fresh Raw King Prawns
  • 1 Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Bottle Fiery Guava Dipping Sauce
  • 8 Wooden Skewers

Serves 4

What to do:

A superlicious starter

Thread prawns and cherry tomatoes onto a skewer alternating until all 8 skewers are filled.  >

Place onto a plate or tray and cover with the bottle of Fiery Guava Sauce, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes place the prawns onto a baking tray and grill under a high heat for approx 10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the extra sauce.

Once cooked serve with an extra pot of Fiery Guava for a dippalicious dip.
