Martinique Mango Curry

A fruity curry, perfect for any occasion.

Mild

 Serves: 2-3  

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 25 minutes  

You will need:   

Martinque Mango Curry Recipe Kit   

300-400g chicken   

Rice  

What to do:   

1) Dice chicken into 1 inch pieces  

2) Heat 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and brown off the chicken 

3) Add the seasoning blend and Martinique sauce   

4) Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until chicken is tender and cooked through   

5) Add the chilli sachet to make it as spicy as you like  

6) Serve with rice  

Levi’s Tip: Slice some fresh papaya on the top of this delicious dish prior to serving to really lift those fruity flavours off the plate
