Caribbean Chilli

Make it your way - medium or hot, hot, hot! Ideal with Beef.


Serves: 2-3  

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 35 minutes  

You will need:   

Caribbean Chilli Recipe Kit 

300-400g beef   


What to do:  

1) Heat 1tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan

2) Add minced beef or diced stewing steak to the pan and brown off 

3) Add the seasoning blend, chilli cooking sauce and 100ml of water

4) Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, take the lid off and cook for a further 20 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the beef is tender and cooked through  

5) Add the chilli sachet to make it as spicy as you like

6) Serve with rice

Levi’s Tip: Try adding some red pepper to add a twist to this Caribbean style classic
